Would you believe me if I told you these two had mentioned they felt “awkward” in front of a camera? You can literally see how their years of friendship preceding their dating shines through in these shots & in how they interact together. By themselves they were just a playful, wild, silly couple. I think I laughed as many times as I clicked the shutter button.

Being creative is fun but the best part of photography to me is getting to know other people & having the chance to capture those unique personalities in a freeze frame. The most rewarding part is when people who call themselves awkward end up absolutely loving the photos when they see them.
